Communication is key in any leadership or training role. Relating the subject matter to those you are facilitating to is vital. Using a sense of humor to achieve trust can be a useful tool in avoiding conflict before it needs resolution.

The first objective is to identify goals and obtain schema of participants.  Through this analytical process design and development of task criterion and performance expectations can be implemented to achieve praxis. Evaluation of working memory of cognitive domains, components of androgenic process can be validated for cognitive load. 

I use these processes in every aspect of training I have facilitated. In critical care  procedures the participants must obtain praxis prior to performing the task. Implementation and evaluation in this instance is crucial, due to intrinsic cognitive nature as well as psycho-motor skill.

In facilitating music instruction analyzing participants schema is key to design and development. Germane cognitive load is the key to developing the participant. 
The goal in both instances is critical pedagogy to obtain and perform skill at optimum level.  

I have used power point to CS master collection (flash, after effects, premiere, go live, captivate) to design entertaining and informative materials for presentation.
